over 30 years of experience in the catering and food and beverage industry,
including 10 years as Maitre'd with Canadian Pacific's Banff
Springs Hotel and Chateau
Lake Louise, Conor has established himself, and his
team as some of the best in the industry. Prior to this, Conor spent
10 years gaining knowledge from the Schwartz brothers, Alberta's
best restaurateurs with fine dining venues including: Le
Beaujolais, Post
Hotel, Giorgio's
and Storm
Mountain Lodge, where he last held the position of
managing Expo 86's Alberta Pavilion Restaurants, which were rated
as Expo's best restaurants. |
